1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a game, or stepping into the Blackout Tag arena, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services or entering the facility.

2. Bookings and Payments

All sessions, events, and group parties must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund.
• • Late Arrivals: Game briefings start exactly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may forfeit their playing time without a refund to ensure the schedule remains intact for subsequent groups.
• • Minimum Age: Players must meet the minimum age and height requirements posted at our facility. Minors require a waiver signed by an adult.

3. Arena Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and thrilling experience for everyone, all participants must strictly adhere to the instructions given by our marshals during the safety briefing and throughout the game.

• • No running, climbing, or crawling within the arena environment.
• • No physical contact between players is permitted under any circumstances.
• • Treat the laser equipment with respect. Any deliberate damage to the vests or phasers will be charged to the individual responsible.
• • Blackout Tag reserves the right to immediately remove any player from the arena without refund if they are deemed a danger to themselves, others, or the equipment.

4. Health and Safety

The laser tag environment involves dark conditions, fog effects, flashing neon lights, and loud audio. It is not recommended for individuals with specific medical conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, severe asthma, heart conditions, or limited mobility. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blackout Tag, its management, and staff accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained while on the premises, except where such injury or loss is caused by our direct negligence. Lockers are provided for convenience, but we do not guarantee the security of any items left inside them.
